
PVDF Pneumatic Flanged Ball Valve
The Huiya PVDF pneumatic flanged ball valve brings PVDF’s extreme chemical resistance to larger-diameter, higher-pressure and high-vibration lines. Moulded from 100% virgin PVDF and rated to 120°C, it resists 98% and fuming sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, halogens and aggressive solvents. Its one-piece flanged body bolts directly to ANSI, DIN or JIS pipework — and to metal, FRP or PTFE-lined equipment that PVDF cannot be fused to.

When to Specify a Flanged PVDF Ball Valve
A true union valve is ideal for small-bore lines you service often. Step up to a flanged valve when your project hits any of these four conditions.
1. High vibration or water hammer. Near large pump discharges, or where pneumatic actuators cycle fast and hard, constant mechanical stress can slowly back off the threaded union nuts of a true union valve — risking micro-leaks of dangerous acid. A flanged joint, secured by high-tensile bolts and an FKM/PTFE gasket, gives absolute mechanical rigidity that will never vibrate loose.
2. Large diameter (DN50 / 2″ and up). As bore increases, so does the size and weight of the actuator. A true union body carries that heavy top-load on plastic threads. A one-piece flanged valve transfers the actuator’s weight and torque straight into the rigid pipe flanges — preventing pipeline sag and thread fatigue.
3. Connecting to metal, FRP or lined equipment. You cannot heat-fuse PVDF to a titanium reactor, an FRP tank or a PTFE-lined steel pipe. Flanged valves are the universal cross-material interface (ANSI 150, DIN PN10/16, JIS 10K): bolt the PVDF valve straight to the equipment flange with a full-face gasket for a perfect, stress-free transition.
4. Zero-tolerance hazardous media. True union ends rely on a sliding O-ring — a dynamic seal. Our integral flanged body moulds the flange and valve as one solid piece of virgin PVDF, eliminating the end-connector O-rings entirely: a static, root-leak-proof barrier. For fuming sulfuric, concentrated HF or highly toxic solvents, fewer seal points means maximum safety.

Chemical Resistance
Virgin PVDF resists 98% and fuming sulfuric acid, 70% nitric, 40–55% hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, chlorine, bromine and aromatic/chlorinated solvents up to 120°C.
