About Huiya Pipe — Engineering-Driven Plastic Piping Solutions
Our Story
Huiya Pipe was founded in 2023 by Jason, who spent years working hands-on in the plastic valve and piping industry before starting the company. That front-line experience revealed a recurring gap: very few suppliers could deliver a complete range of plastic piping and valves across all four major materials — UPVC, CPVC, PPH and PVDF — while also giving customers genuine engineering guidance on material selection.
Our Approach
We describe ourselves as engineering-driven because material selection is where most plastic piping projects succeed or fail. A valve that is perfect for sodium hypochlorite may crack within days in concentrated sulfuric acid; a material rated for one temperature may fail at another. Our team works through each customer’s chemical, temperature and pressure conditions before recommending a product — and we are willing to tell a customer when a cheaper material will do the job just as well.
This approach extends to how we run the business: we only accept orders we can fulfill to standard, we work exclusively with manufacturing partners whose certifications and processes we have verified, and we retain product samples from every batch for six months.
Manufacturing Partnerships
Huiya’s production is delivered through a network of specialized manufacturing partners in China. This multi-source model improves supply reliability, broadens our product range, and lets us match each product to a partner with proven expertise in that specific category.
Ningbo Baodi Plastic Valve Co., Ltd. is our primary manufacturing partner for CPVC, PVDF and PPH butterfly valves and diaphragm valves. Established in 1979, Baodi brings over 40 years of plastic valve design and production experience, with a dedicated R&D team, imported production equipment, and ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified management systems. Our partnership is a joint-development model: Huiya defines specifications and quality standards, Baodi manufactures, and Huiya inspects before shipment.
We also work with Jiangsu Leiting Precision New Materials Co., Ltd. for PVDF pipe fittings, and with additional specialized partners across our product range. This diversified network means no single point of failure in our supply chain — and a complete plastic piping solution under one point of contact.

What Our Engineers Say
When customers ask which material to use for sodium hypochlorite, our standard guidance is direct: PPH is not suitable for hypochlorite. Below 10% concentration at ambient temperature, UPVC or CPVC are more than adequate — and cost less than half of the alternatives. Above 10% concentration, or above 60°C, go straight to PVDF and don’t try to save money there.
This is the kind of honest, experience-based advice we give every customer — because the right material specified once is always cheaper than the wrong material replaced twice.
