Huiya’s pneumatic plastic valves are air-actuated shut-off and control valves for aggressive-media lines that would corrode metal or overwhelm a hand-operated valve. Each valve below pairs a corrosion-resistant thermoplastic body — UPVC, CPVC, PPH or PVDF — with a double-acting or spring-return pneumatic actuator, in true-union ball, flanged ball and butterfly patterns for automated dosing, isolation and process control.

A pneumatic plastic valve is a thermoplastic-bodied valve driven by a compressed-air actuator, typically at 4–7 bar supply, used where the medium would corrode a metal valve and the line needs remote or automated control.

In practice: UPVC pneumatic true-union ball valves for general water and dilute chemical dosing; CPVC where the same line runs hot; PPH for concentrated alkalis; and PVDF for strong acids, solvents and high-purity duty.

Choose the pattern by line size and duty: true-union ball valves for DN15–DN100 dosing and isolation where in-line servicing matters; flanged pneumatic ball valves for permanent DN50+ runs on tank farms and skids; and pneumatic butterfly valves for DN50–DN300 bulk isolation where cost and face-to-face length dominate.
