PVC Flanged Pneumatic Ball Valve
The Huiya PVC flanged pneumatic ball valve — UPVC in DIN-standard markets — is a large-bore, full-port automated valve for ambient-temperature water and chemical service, sizes DN15–DN200. Available in ANSI Class 150, DIN PN10, and JIS 10K flange standards, its one-piece molded flange eliminates root leakage — making it ideal for high-vibration pump-station and chemical-park mainlines where true union connections can work loose.
One Supplier for Every Flange Standard
Projects in different regions use different flange standards — ANSI in the Americas, DIN across Europe/Middle East/Southeast Asia, JIS in Japan/Korea. Huiya builds this valve in all three; specify the standard and we build to it. One supplier for multi-region projects.
One-Piece Molded Flange: Zero Root Leakage
In large-diameter automated pipes (DN50 and above), a pneumatic actuator’s instant torque plus pipeline vibration can slowly loosen true union nuts and cause leaks. This valve’s flange is molded as one piece with the body — no secondary glued seam, no root leakage path — guaranteeing absolute mechanical stability under high-vibration service. High-tensile flange bolts lock it solidly to your pipeline.

Dimensions

Unlike standard manual valves, our one-piece flanged ball valve features a built-in ISO 5211 mounting pad and a reinforced square stem. This allows you to easily install your own pneumatic or electric actuators without needing extra brackets or couplings.

Chemical Compatibility
Same broad ambient-temperature compatibility as our UPVC true union ball valve — water, seawater, dilute acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidizers (with FKM seals). See seal-selection and not-recommended notes below.

Why Flanged vs True Union?
For more demanding chemistry, this flanged ball valve is also offered in CPVC, PPH and PVDF. If your line is smaller and you service it often, thePVC true union ball valve lets you remove the valve without cutting the pipe; for large-bore, space-saving isolation, see the PVC butterfly valve. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is PVC the same as UPVC?
Yes — UPVC (PVC-U) is rigid PVC. North America says “PVC,” DIN markets say “UPVC.” Same valve.
Q: Which flange standards are available?
ANSI Class 150, DIN PN10, JIS 10K — specify when ordering.
Q: Why a one-piece molded flange?
No glued seam at the flange root means no leakage path and no root cracking under pressure — essential for high-vibration automated lines.
Q: What’s the maximum temperature?
60°C. For hot media, upgrade to CPVC or PVDF.
Q: Flanged or true union?
Flanged for larger sizes and high vibration; true union for DN15–DN100 with no-cut servicing.
