Universal Flange — Compatible with ANSI, DIN & JIS
Unlike standard valves that require you to specify one flange standard, our CPVC pneumatic [valve type] features a universal slotted-hole flange design. The elongated bolt holes accommodate the bolt circle diameters (PCD) of ANSI Class 150, DIN PN10/16, and JIS 10K standards — meaning one valve fits all three systems.
This eliminates the risk of ordering the wrong flange standard and lets you standardize your inventory across projects in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

The Huiya CPVC pneumatic butterfly valve is an automated quarter-turn valve designed for the on/off control of corrosive and chemically aggressive fluids. The valve body and disc are manufactured from CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) using domestic SOE resin with a chlorine content above 60%, giving it stronger temperature and corrosion resistance than standard PVC. It handles a wide range of acids, alkalis and chlorinated media at working temperatures up to 90°C, making it a reliable choice where metal valves would corrode or require costly alloy upgrades.
The valve uses a concentric, resilient-seated design with a one-piece liner that doubles as the body seal, providing bubble-tight shut-off and bi-directional sealing. Seat material can be specified in EPDM or FKM (Viton) to match the process chemical and temperature, while the stainless steel 304 stem ensures durable, low-torque operation. Wafer and lugged body styles are available from 2″ to 12″ (DN50–DN300), conforming to DIN, ANSI/ASTM and JIS standards with EN 558 face-to-face dimensions for easy integration into existing pipework.
Mounted on top is a rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator in hard-anodised aluminium alloy, available in double-acting or spring-return (single-acting) configurations. Double-acting actuators suit systems with a continuous air supply, while spring-return units provide a fail-safe open or closed position if air pressure is lost. With an IP67 enclosure and an ISO 5211 mounting interface, the actuator accepts standard accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes and positioners, allowing the valve to be integrated into automated and remotely monitored process lines.
Pneumatic Actuator Options
The valve is driven by a rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator, available in two configurations. The right choice depends on your air supply and what should happen to the valve if that air supply fails.
Both actuator types operate on a clean, dry air supply of 6 to 8 bar and are built with a hard-anodised aluminium alloy body rated to IP67 for outdoor and washdown environments. The ISO 5211 mounting interface and NAMUR accessory pad allow direct fitting of solenoid valves, limit switch boxes and positioners, so the valve can be configured for simple on/off duty or full remote monitoring and modulating control. Fail-safe direction (open or close) can be specified to match your process safety requirements.
