Flanged Ball Valves
Flanged ball valves connect to your pipework with bolted flanges, making them the right choice for larger-diameter lines and for systems that need a robust, leak-tight joint at standard flange dimensions. Huiya produces flanged plastic ball valves in UPVC, CPVC, PPH and PVDF, pneumatically actuated or manual, so the same connection works whether your media is cold water or hot acid. Flange drilling follows ANSI, DIN or JIS, so the valve drops straight onto your existing system. Typical uses include main process lines, pump isolation and large chemical-transfer duty. Flanged ball valves for larger-bore, higher-pressure pipeline service, available in four thermoplastics — UPVC, CPVC, PPH, and PVDF — in both pneumatic (actuated) and manual versions. The bolted flange connection makes them the right choice for permanent installations on larger chemical process lines, water and wastewater mains, transfer lines, and mining process piping, where a true union design would be undersized.
Choosing the right body material
- UPVC — general water and light chemical service to ~60°C; lowest cost.
- CPVC — hot corrosive media to ~90°C; acids and hot water.
- PPH (polypropylene) — strong acids, alkalis, and abrasive service.
- PVDF — the most aggressive media (98% sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sodium hypochlorite, solvents) and high-purity duty to ~120°C.
Valves are full-port with EPDM or FKM seals matched to your media, and are drilled to ANSI Class 150 (Schedule 80), DIN PN, or JIS flange standards to bolt straight into existing pipework. Pneumatic versions come with double-acting or spring-return actuators sized to your operating torque, and can be supplied with solenoid valves, positioners, and limit switches as a complete assembly.
