Plastic butterfly valves for large-diameter isolation and flow control, available with the disc and wetted parts in four thermoplastics — UPVC, CPVC, PPH, and PVDF — in pneumatic (actuated), gear, and lever versions. The compact, lightweight quarter-turn design is the economical choice where ball valves become bulky and costly on big lines, and it handles both on/off isolation and throttling. Typical uses include water and wastewater mains, large chemical and dosing lines, electroplating, and mining process water.
The wafer body carries a universal slotted flange that fits ANSI Class 150, DIN, and JIS bolt patterns, so one valve suits multiple piping standards, with EPDM or FKM seats selected to your media. Pneumatic versions come with double-acting or spring-return actuators sized to your operating torque, and can be supplied with solenoid valves, positioners, and limit switches; larger sizes are available with lever or gear operation.
