Huiya’s Credentials

Huiya Pipe is a fully registered and export-licensed company in China:

Business License — Jiaxing Huiya Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd., registered February 2023, with a business scope covering plastic products, hardware, and import/export of goods.
Registered Trademark — the Huiya brand is a registered trademark.
Import/Export Registration — registered with Chinese customs for international trade.

Manufacturing Partner Certifications

The products Huiya supplies are manufactured by partners who hold internationally recognized certifications. Our primary valve manufacturing partner maintains:

ISO 9001 — Quality Management System
ISO 45001 — Occupational Health & Safety Management System

These certifications cover the production of plastic valves and pipe fittings. Certificate documentation is available to qualified customers on request.

Our Quality-Control Process

Certifications describe a system; our process is how we apply it to your order, every time:

Incoming material inspection — raw materials are checked and batch-level test reports are required from our partners.
In-process monitoring — Huiya engineers conduct monthly on-site visits during production.
Pre-shipment inspection — every order is inspected for dimensional accuracy, pressure performance and visual quality before container loading.
Third-party laboratory testing — product samples are sent to independent laboratories on an annual basis.
Six-month sample retention — a reference sample from each batch is retained for full traceability.
Factory audit support — we welcome customer audits and third-party inspections (SGS, BV) at our partner facilities.

Non-Conformance Handling

If a quality issue arises, our standard response is straightforward: affected goods are returned or replaced, and we work with the customer and our manufacturing partner to identify and correct the root cause.
