Manufacturing Capabilities — Inside Our Production Network

Huiya’s plastic valve manufacturing is built within an integrated network spanning four core production partners across China. with combined facilities totaling roughly 25,000 m². Rather than relying on a single workshop, this network lets us match each product to a partner with proven expertise — and gives our customers the capacity to handle both standard orders and large project demands.

Our Production Network

Our network is anchored by Ningbo Baodi Plastic Valve Co., Ltd., a manufacturer with over 40 years of experience (established 1979). Baodi’s facility covers approximately 15,000 m² and operates dedicated pipe-extrusion lines with imported extrusion equipment — producing pipe with tighter dimensional tolerances and more consistent pressure and corrosion performance. Additional partners, including Jiangsu Leiting Precision New Materials for PVDF fittings, complete our production capability across all four materials.

Testing & Quality Control

Production is backed by in-line and laboratory testing on every order. Huiya engineers monitor production on-site monthly, and samples are sent to independent third-party laboratories annually.

Warehouse & Logistics

Huiya maintains its own sample-assembly, prototyping and container-loading capability, primarily shipping through the ports of Ningbo and Shanghai.
